Dwight Ramos Camp

Description

The second edition of the Dwight Ramos Camp brought the Gilas Pilipinas national-team guard together with young athletes for a multi-day training event, run by Titan Management Group with SLAM Philippines and backed by Gatorade and Sports Plus. I ran operations on the ground: participant registration and management, athlete and staff logistics, paperwork, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps an event with this many moving parts on schedule. That meant holding the relationships between participants, sponsors, staff, and media partners together at once, while supporting promotion in the lead-up. The camp ran cleanly from setup to close.
