Description

A management consulting firm wanted to embed AI into its operations, from the executive level down to daily workflows. The engagement ran on three fronts: advising the CEO and executives on AI strategy and model selection, training staff to use AI in their daily work, and building a procurement spend-analysis tool. Working in a three-person team, I owned quality assurance across the full three-month build, testing every component while coordinating between the technical developers, business stakeholders, and the consultants who would use it, and contributed to the curriculum and AI-assisted development along the way. The finished tool compressed work that previously took months of manual labor into days, letting the consultants produce spend cubes and client-ready decks faster and pitch to more prospects as a result.
