Description

Bulletchain was a mobile shooter being re-architected around on-chain ownership, with NFTs and an in-game currency tied to the blockchain. As the game approached closed beta, I led the go-to-market effort across Southeast Asia: building the marketing and community strategy, then coordinating the marketing, social, and community teams executing it. The campaign had a dual job, drive beta sign-ups while educating players on what blockchain integration actually meant for the experience, and it generated 951k+ impressions at 3x our projected conversion rate. Underneath the marketing, I ran business development for partnerships, kept investors and advisors aligned, and built the systems to qualify and onboard the volume of testers we needed. Closed beta turnout exceeded projections.
